Instructions

- Glaze the Chicken: Once the chicken is nearly cooked through, spoon the peach-jalapeno sauce over each piece. Cook for another 1-2 minutes to allow the glaze to caramelize and become sticky and vibrant.
- Rest and Serve: Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes. This helps the juices redistribute, keeping the meat tender and juicy before serving.
