Instructions
- Prep the chicken filling: Shred the cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Toss the chicken evenly with buffalo sauce. Mix in the softened cream cheese and half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses to form a creamy, spicy filling.
- Prepare the bread: Slice the French bread loaf lengthwise to create a top and bottom half. Hollow out some of the soft inner bread, leaving a sturdy shell to hold the filling without leaking.
- Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped green onions, and a pinch of salt. Spread this mixture inside both halves of the hollowed bread to infuse flavor.
- Stuff the bread: Spoon the buffalo chicken and cheese filling evenly onto the bottom half of the bread. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the top half to ensure a melty finish.
- Bake to perfection: Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
