Instructions
- Prepare Your Chocolate Coating: In a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, gently melt the vegan chocolate chips with coconut oil, stirring frequently until smooth and glossy.
- Line the Muffin Tin: Use paper liners or silicone molds to line a muffin tin or chocolate cup mold, making cleanup easier and shaping uniform cups.
- Create the Chocolate Base: Pour a spoonful of the melted chocolate into each mold, spreading it slightly to cover the bottom evenly, then place in the fridge to set for about 10 minutes.
