- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to ensure even browning. Season both sides generously with salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs to build flavor.
- Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- Sauté Garlic and Tomatoes: In the same skillet, add a little more olive oil if needed. Add minced garlic and stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then add the cherry tomatoes and cook gently for 5-7 minutes until they begin to burst and release their juices.
- Add Balsamic Vinegar: Pour balsamic vinegar into the pan with the tomatoes. Let it simmer for a few minutes so the vinegar reduces and thickens, creating a rich tomato balsamic glaze.
- Combine and Finish Cooking: Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spoon the tomato and balsamic sauce over the top, and simmer everything together on low heat for 2-3 minutes, allowing the chicken to soak up the delicious sauce.
