Instructions

  2. Prepare the Pastry: If using phyllo sheets, keep them covered with a damp cloth to prevent drying out. Lightly brush each sheet with olive oil as you layer them to ensure a crispy and golden finish. For puff pastry, roll it out and cut into desired shapes.
  3. Assemble the Pastries: Spoon the spinach and cheese filling onto each pastry square or phyllo sheet. Fold the pastry to seal the edges, using a fork to crimp or folding into triangles or rectangles for an elegant touch.
