Instructions
- Prepare the Brownie Batter: Melt the butter and mix it with sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract to form a rich base. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Make the Cheesecake Mixture: In a clean bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Beat until creamy and smooth with no lumps, ensuring a perfect swirl texture.
- Layer and Swirl: Pour half of the brownie batter into a prepared pan. Dollop spoonfuls of the cheesecake mixture evenly on top. Add the remaining brownie batter over the cheesecake layer. Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the layers together to create a beautiful marbled effect.
