Instructions

- Assemble the Tacos: Lay a wonton wrapper flat on a clean surface. Place a small spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center. Fold the wrapper to form a taco shape and gently press the edges together to seal, ensuring no filling spills out during cooking.
- Fry to Perfection: Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C). Carefully place the assembled wonton tacos into the hot oil and fry for 2–3 minutes, or until they turn golden and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Add Your Favorite Toppings: Once cooled enough to handle, garnish the tacos with shredded cabbage, a drizzle of sriracha mayo, fresh cilantro, or any preferred toppings to complete the dish.
