Instructions

- Prepare the Croutons: Slice the baguette into rounds, lightly brush with olive oil, and toast in the oven until crisp and golden.
- Serve with Cheese: Ladle soup into bowls, top with toasted baguette slices, sprinkle generously with Gruyère cheese, and place under the broiler for a few minutes until the cheese melts and bubbles.
