Main Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen peaches, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt or cream
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Prepare Your Peaches: Start by washing and peeling fresh peaches, then chop them into chunks. If using frozen peaches, let them thaw slightly to make blending easier and ensure a smooth texture.
- Blend the Ingredients: Combine the peaches, Greek yogurt or cream, and honey in a blender. Blend until completely smooth, making sure no lumps remain for the perfect creamy consistency.
- Pour into Molds and Freeze: Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until fully set and firm to the touch.
- Unmold and Enjoy: To release the creamsicles easily, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and then gently pull them out. Serve immediately and savor that fresh peachy sweetness!
Notes
- Use ripe peaches for natural sweetness, reducing the need for extra sweeteners.
- Opt for full-fat yogurt or cream for a richer, creamier texture.
- Don’t overblend if you prefer some peach texture; pulse a few times to keep slight chunkiness.
- Freeze the creamsicles overnight for best texture and firmness.
- Try silicone molds for easier removal without damaging the creamsicles.
